✨ What You’ll Do

When the gifts arrive from the Tree,

this is where the real transformation happens.

The Processing Room is the heart of operations,

where every tag, toy, and piece of clothing is

verified, organized, and prepared for delivery.

🕒 Arrive on Time at Modesto Location
Check in, meet your Supervisor, and

review your shift’s focus area - sorting,

verifying, packaging, or assisting with deliveries.

🎄 Collect and Verify Tags
Match each returned item with its tag from the Tree.

Double-check that every gift aligns

with the child’s requested sizes or needs.

📦 Bag and Tag Gifts
Once verified, place each child’s items

together in a labeled bag.

Add small extras if available, a book, a stocking stuffer,

or an accessory, to make the gift complete.

👂 Follow Your Supervisor’s Direction
Work as part of a coordinated team.

Listen carefully for updates on which bins,

age groups, or families are next in line.

🚚 Assist Drivers and Tree Volunteers
Help load or unload gifts from the U-Hauls.

Coordinate with the Drivers bringing in donations

and the Tree team managing tag flow

to keep everything synchronized.

📍 Organize and Secure Deliveries
Ensure each completed bag is placed into the correct

delivery bin so the right child receives the right package.

Accuracy here is everything.
